Delete Your Qurio Games Account

You can request deletion of your Qurio Games account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, your profile, gameplay history, streaks, and social connections cannot be recovered.

How to request deletion

Send an email to quriogames@gmail.com from the email address registered to your Qurio Games account, with the subject line "Delete my account."
Include the username associated with your account, if you remember it — this helps us locate your account faster.
We will confirm your request by replying to your email, then process the deletion.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile (username, email, account details)
Your gameplay history — Daily Quiz results, Nine Lives puzzle history, streaks, and stats
Your social connections — friends, group memberships, and related activity
Any optional interest signals you've submitted (such as the Qurio Pro waitlist)

What may be retained briefly

Some information may be retained for a short period for legitimate backup, security, or legal purposes before final deletion, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not retain deleted account data indefinitely.

How long it takes

We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonably quick period after confirming your request. If you have any pending or unresolved matters (such as an active Qurio Pro subscription, once that feature launches), we'll let you know what steps, if any, need to happen first.
